Wemax, a leading Salesforce Agency and official TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) under FREEDOM MEDIA., JSC, is seeking a high-caliber Livestream Operations Specialist.

In our ecosystem, the Livestream Operator is the “Conductor” of the sales floor. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, technical precision, and real-time problem-solving to ensure our high-conversion livestreaming engine runs at peak efficiency. I. Core Responsibilities

The Livestream Operations Specialist oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of live sessions, from pre-production to post-stream analysis.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Management to architect monthly livestream calendars and specific campaign-based schedules.

  • Campaign Execution: Set up and monitor Livestream Advertising campaigns to ensure optimal traffic flow and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

  • Platform Relations: Liaison with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) to register for campaign benefits, exclusive vouchers, and resolve technical issues.

  • Studio & Technical Management: * Coordinate with Designers and technical teams to build and optimize “Real-Scene” studio backdrops.

    • Maintain and manage all livestream equipment and studio inventory.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the master schedule, monitor live sessions for compliance and quality, and ensure all streams start and end with absolute punctuality.

  • Reporting: Deliver clear, data-backed reports on work performance, identifying areas for growth and operational improvement.

II. Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a meticulous professional who thrives in a high-intensity, process-driven environment.

  • Experience: * A minimum of 01 year in Sales or E-commerce operations.

    • Experience in the Beauty or Household Goods industries is considered a significant advantage.

  • Education: College degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Competencies & Skills:

    • Deep understanding of E-commerce platform mechanics (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.).

    • Proficiency in essential office tools (Excel, Word, Google Docs).

    • Strong logical thinking, negotiation skills, and effective communication.

    • Proven ability to work independently or within a team under high pressure.

III. Compensation & Benefits

The “Conductor” of our live sessions ensures every broadcast is technically flawless and strategically optimized.

  • Hourly Base Rate: Starting from 30,000 VND/hour (Commensurate with experience and shift complexity).

  • Performance Bonus (KPIs): Monthly bonuses based on operational metrics, including:

    • Operational Uptime: Zero-error technical execution and punctuality.

    • Campaign Efficiency: Success in managing platform vouchers and KAM-related benefits.

    • Studio Management: Effective coordination of backdrops and equipment maintenance.

IV. Working Environment & Logistics

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on peak livestream windows (to be discussed during the interview).
