Wemax, a premier Salesforce Agency and official TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) under FREEDOM MEDIA., JSC, is currently seeking a high-caliber E-commerce Shop Operator to join our growth-focused team.

In line with our guiding principle, “Clarity is Power,” this role is designed for a data-driven professional capable of managing complex e-commerce ecosystems and executing high-velocity sales strategies within the TikTok Shop environment.

I. Core Responsibilities

The Shop Operator is responsible for the end-to-end management of the brand’s TikTok ecosystem, ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth.

• Account & Store Management: Execute the setup, configuration, and daily management of the brand’s TikTok Shop and associated TikTok channels.

• Strategic Media Planning: Develop and oversee the channel’s Media Plan; align TikTok Shop development with the company’s broader multi-channel e-commerce objectives.

• Technical Operations: Resolve store-related technical issues and serve as the primary liaison between the company and TikTok platform partners.

• Talent Coordination: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of Livestreamers and KOCs to drive store performance.

• Scale & Innovation: Build and launch new TikTok Shops according to corporate expansion strategies.

• Compliance & Reporting: Monitor platform policy changes and market trends; provide comprehensive sales and market analysis reports to the Board of Management.

II. Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate both technical proficiency and a commitment to professional excellence.

• Demographics: Candidates born between 1997 and 2003.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 01 year of professional experience in E-commerce operations (specifically TikTok Shop or Shopee).

• Technical Proficiency: * Advanced understanding of TikTok and Shopee operational frameworks.

  • Proven experience in retail or online sales environments.

  • Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).

• Competencies: Strong independent thinking, rapid learning capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Equipment: Candidates must possess a personal laptop for remote task management (office equipment is provided for on-site work).

III. Compensation & Benefits

Wemax provides a competitive remuneration package designed to reward performance and long-term commitment.

IV. Working Environment & Logistics

• Probationary Period: 01 month at 85% of base salary.

• Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (including a 1.5-hour lunch break), 06 days per week (including Saturdays).

• Studio Location: HHB Building, Tan Tay Do Urban Area, Tan Lap, Hanoi.
