At Wemax, the Streamer is more than a presenter—they are a Brand Ambassador and a Conversion Specialist. Operating within our specialized Real-Scene Studios, you will be at the forefront of the e-commerce revolution, turning viewers into loyal customers through authentic engagement and expert product storytelling.

I. Core Responsibilities

The Livestream Host is responsible for executing high-energy, sales-focused broadcasts that align with the brand’s identity and growth targets.

• Product Presentation & Storytelling: Introduce and demonstrate household products (Home & Family category) during live sessions, adhering to the strategic scripts and training provided by the Wemax content team.

• Real-time Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with the audience, addressing technical inquiries, providing product consultations, and building community trust in a live environment.

• Conversion Optimization: Support the “order closing” process by highlighting key product benefits, limited-time offers, and guiding users through the TikTok Shop checkout journey.

• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the technical and back-office teams to ensure seamless order processing and promotional synchronization during live events.

II. Candidate Requirements

We are looking for dynamic individuals who possess a “screen-first” personality and a commitment to professional growth.

• Experience: * Prior experience in livestreaming, hosting, or sales is highly preferred.

  • Specific knowledge or a background in Home Appliances / Household Goods is a significant advantage.

  • Note: While experience is preferred, Wemax provides a comprehensive professional training program for high-potential candidates.

• Communication & Presence: * Professional screen presence with a polished, approachable appearance.

  • Fluent, clear, and persuasive vocal delivery.

• Soft Skills: * High level of agility and the ability to handle live situational challenges with composure.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• Mindset: A results-oriented attitude with a willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the “Salesforce” environment.

III. Compensation & Benefits

As the face of the brand and the driver of conversion, our Streamers benefit from a highly competitive, results-oriented earning structure.

• Hourly Base Rate: Starting from 70,000 VND/hour (Tiered based on experience, category expertise, and screen presence).

• Performance & Conversion Bonus: Significant monthly incentives tied to:

  • Sales Milestones: Direct bonuses upon hitting GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets.

  • Engagement Metrics: Rewards for high viewer retention and peak concurrent viewer (PCV) growth.

  • Conversion Rate (CR): Bonuses for maintaining a high “Shoppable Content” to “Check-out” ratio.

IV. Working Environment & Logistics

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on peak livestream windows (to be discussed during the interview).
• Studio Location: HHB Building, Tan Tay Do Urban Area, Tan Lap, Hanoi.
